My goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase! I cannot accept returns or refunds if they have already been personalised to you, however I can work with you on a solution if an item was lost or damaged in transit, proof required.

We are unable to accept returns on any personalised items.

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible but please note if orders do have any backlogs you will be notified of this i do aim to complete orders in 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For pick up option will receive a notification when order is ready to be collected.

My products are manufactured both locally and globally. I carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
